Sunkissed is built to keep your data on your phone. We don't run servers, we don't have accounts, and we don't collect, sell, or share your personal information. This policy explains what the app touches and why.
What stays on your device
Your profile and settings — skin type, usual SPF, and alert preferences — and any tanning session in progress are saved only on your phone. We can't see them, and they're removed when you delete the app.
Location
When you open the app, it uses your location to look up the UV index where you are. Your coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), a free weather service, only to fetch that forecast. We don't store your location or tie it to your identity. See Open-Meteo's terms at open-meteo.com/en/terms.
Photos and camera
The before/after session card is built entirely on your phone. Photos you add are used only to compose the card. Nothing is uploaded. A card is saved only when you choose to save it — to your own photo library — or shared only when you choose to share it through your phone's share menu.
Notifications
Tanning-window alerts are scheduled locally on your device. They aren't sent through any server.
Analytics and advertising
None. Sunkissed contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
Children
Sunkissed is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone. Any tan is still skin damage — the app offers general sun-safety guidance, not medical advice.
